Panchakarma

At the heart of our Ayurvedic course of treatment is the classic Ayurvedic cleansing cure known as Panchakarma.
Panchakarma is a comprehensive cleansing program of well-coordinated physical treatments that together ensure a gentle yet profound cleansing of the physiology from metabolic residue, thus removing the basis of many disorders.

Abhyanga
Swedana
Basti

Abhyanga is a seasoned oil massage that releases impurities from the cells. This also includes substances that are not soluble in water, such as some of the most harmful agricultural poisons.

The Swedana is a steam bath, enriched with Ayurvedic herbs. All fine body channels open, allowing the loosened waste products to be removed.
