Marma Therapy
Treatment of energy points (marma points) on hands, feet, head, arms, legs, back and chest. Specific aroma oils are used, which are applied very softly and massaged in very lightly.
The aim of this treatment is to balance body and mind, remove energy blockages, and to detoxify and vitalize.
Marmas are already mentioned in ancient Ayurvedic texts such as the Charaka Samhita (internal medicine) and Suśruta Samhita (surgery).
The ancient texts consider marmas as connection points that regulate the life energy (prana) throughout the body.
They form a network of control points for all mental and physical functions, which are brought into balance during the marma treatment.

Aromatherapy
Aromatherapy uses essential oils that support and restore your balance. Advice about the aromas is given based on your own constitution and any complaints.
In order to prepare for the consultation, a questionnaire is first completed and returned. During the consultation, you will have a direct experience of the effect of the aromas.
What is an essential oil?
An essential oil contains the essence of a plant. The oil is stored in tiny oil glands in the flowers, leaves, fruits, twigs, needles, seeds, roots or bark of the plant. This is released by means of steam distillation or mechanical pressing.
How do essential oils work?
Each plant has its own scent profile, which is the basis for specific healing powers. Some have an anti-bacterial and antiviral effect, while other oils can reduce cramps or heal wounds. An essential oil can contain more than three hundred chemical components. The same oil stimulates certain systems, while it can calm others.
Its effect can be stronger than antibiotics and because of its complex structure, bacteria cannot become resistant to it.
Essential oils stimulate the body’s self-healing capacity on a subtle level. In this way, they contribute to physical, mental and emotional well-being.
How are the oils used?
Depending on the specific oil, the aroma can be inhaled through the nose, applied to the skin, or taken orally.
The nose is the only place in the body where the central nervous system is in direct contact with the outside world. The limbic system is the brain center that deals with emotions, memory, creativity and motivation. This is activated directly via the olfactory nerve, without the intervention of the cerebral cortex.
Applied locally to the skin, the oil can have a direct effect on a specific condition.
In some cases, essential oils can be taken orally on advice.

Gemstone Light Therapy
Ayurvedic texts describe mantras, gemstones, and herbs as the three most important means of achieving perfect health and higher states of consciousness.
The healing power of gemstones is harnessed through Maharishi Gemstone Light Therapy.
In this treatment, the purity and profound orderliness of thirteen gemstones, each with its own unique crystalline structure, is transferred to the body and mind. This is achieved through the use of special gemstone emitters, which shine a soft light through the gemstones. These light frequencies, then charged with the organizing and balancing properties of the gemstones, resonate with the subtle frequencies of our physiology. This enlivens and strengthens our self-healing capacity.
The gemstone emitters, containing gemstones such as sapphire, diamond, and ruby, are focused on specific energy centers of the body. The treatments provide deep relaxation, are very pleasant, and have a gentle, nourishing effect on the finer aspects of physiological functioning related to the body’s nerve centers.
Gemstone light therapy is administered as a series of three treatments, preferably within one to two weeks. During the first treatment, you will initially experience each gemstone individually. During the rest of the treatment, you will lie on a massage table, fully clothed.
Gemstone light therapy is suitable for all ages and lasts one to one and a half hours each
